Bloomsburg University’s Haas Gallery presents Eddy Lopez: Tomorrow, and Tomorrow, and Tomorrow March 3rd-April 12th. Lopez entrenches himself along the horizon line between the refugee’s experience and the nationalistic narrative of imperialism. Much less a commentary on the justifications for war than a chattering anxiety within the boundaries of the battlefield. The artworks act as an endlessly layered formal record of atrocities filtered through the prism of algorithmic abstraction and vibrant expressive color.
