Printmedia > Verso(s)

Verso is the reverse of something, a coin, a painting, a photograph. Verso, in spanish, is a conjunction of words that make up a poem.

In Verso(s), I explore the backs of archival photograph prints from the Nicaraguan civil war, finding in the reverse descriptions and phrases that hide and reveal the horrific content of the fronts.

Prints are combinations of photopolymer etching, archival pigment prints, and silkscreen.
